walking by the minutes

Posted on 2019-04-042019-04-26 by Sameer Oza

I am passionate about walking.

If walking can help gain India’s independence, it surely can help you achieve freedom from a lot of diseases

Walking might be the best exercise there is – low to no risk of injury (unless you are walking on the Boulder Creek Path 🙂 ), can be done with any level of fitness, does not need any fancy gear.

Erin sent me an article recently that talks about the benefits of walking.

My partner Dr. Nelson Trujillo started a “Walk With a Doc” program at Boulder Community Health.

I have the following infographic put up in all our exam rooms.
