Eat beans for health every day.

1/2 cup cooked beans/lentils daily increase longevity. All the “blue zones” (see article below) include beans in their diet – 4 times as much as the typical American diet. The “blue zones” diet is a good starting point, but I recommend a complete plant based diet.
