everything old is new again, part 1

Posted on 2022-10-262022-10-26 by Sameer Oza

It is fun to go visit new places. It is also (more) fun to see familiar places in new light!

The first way to see new light is by reimagining your old photos that are sitting on a hard drive somewhere.

The best advise I got as a photographer was from a friend, a patient, a professional photographer Victor Love. When I started getting serious about photography he asked me to always shoot in RAW format. The 5 photographs below were taken in 2017 in Meteora, Greece. When I originally edited them, I was not good at editing photos. But since I saved the RAW files, I am able to edit them again and present the light as I saw it.

Thanks Victor!
